Dawbarn Evertaut make tarpaulin cover sheet systems and parts for all the large bulk trailer manufacturers in the UK and Europe such as Knapen, STAS, Fruehauf, Weightlifter, Wilcox and BMI . Their cover sheets are used throughout our industry moving bulk materials such as grains aggregates, waste and recycling materials, biomass. If it is bulk in a rigid or bulk in a trailer Dawbarn already have it covered.

Newton Trailers are the largest users of Dawbarn original systems in Europe. We are also their largest parts and spares retailer in the UK. We began as Newton Commercials in 1964 and sold our first Dawbarn system as in the 1980’s. Now as Newton Trailers we stock almost every part for every Dawbarn Cover system made from our site near Milton Keynes. We aim to provide a website from which you can easily identify your system and the parts you require and to ship same day if possible. We have a dedicated parts team who you can call and troubleshoot your problems and purchase your parts. We have on site 8 full time technicians trained in diagnostics and repair of Dawbarn easysheet equipment. You can drop in off the M1 at Junction 13 for quick fixes or book in for larger work and take away a temporary hire trailer.

Newton Trailers work in close co-operation with Dawbarn. We have always assisted and encourage their evolution. Newton co-operated in the development of the early Hydroclear Sheet system in 1997 and 1998 and purchased the first trailer systems from Dawbarn. Dawbarn’s early systems were based off a basic tarpaulin to cover bulk loads on flat rigids and flat trailers. They now do a very large range of cover sheet systems choices to suit very specific products all the way through to general bulk movements.

The major trailer manufacturers pretty much specify Dawbarn Sheet systems as a default. Newton have vociferously backed the movement away from catwalk manual sheets to the safer Dawbarn automatic sheets. Dawbarn have continued to grow their automatic sheet offering and their charismatic owners spotted the potential and grew the Dawbarn company into the European power house it is today. Newton brokered the first use of Dawbarn Automatic Sheet Systems on Belgium and German trailers and even onto Australian trailers 15 years ago.

As a service agent to Dawbarn we are happy to service and supply any Dawbarn systems in any trailer manufacturer. We can supply small parts or service and refurbish complete sheet systems for you. If you wish we can remove a complete sheet, loan you a service trailer and put your trailer back onto the road in just 2 days.
